We are happy to announce that we have finalized an indoor practice option for all of our travel teams at Centercourt - Mount Olive for the upcoming winter season.  These practices offer our travel program the opportunity to continue practicing as a team over the winter months and provide continuity between their fall and spring seasons.  In our experience, taking advantage of these winter training sessions help give our teams a head-start come spring and also helps players with individual ball control due to the faster pace of the indoor game.

Although we previously mandated indoor practices for all teams as part of our annual registration, we abandoned that practice after last season due to inconsistent turnout and conflicts for many players.  However, due to continuing demand for a winter option from many teams, we have developed this stand-alone winter option offered based on interest, team-by-team.

We encourage you and your players to take advantage of this opportunity to further develop over the winter months.  We ask that you finalize your registration no later than Friday, December 22, 2023.  Unfortunately, we need to lock in the number of teams by that time and may not be able to honor late registrations.

Program Details
This winter program is open to all players on a 2023-2024 travel team, as well as any players eligible for High School play in the Spring. This program is not required, but our goal is to have as many teams as possible take advantage of this fantastic opportunity to continue developing their skills over the winter. 

Assuming sufficient team-wide interest, players will practice with their assigned teams from Fall 2023. If there is not sufficient registration in your direct team, players may be grouped with the most age/skill appropriate team available.  To the greatest extent possible, teams of similar age/skill level will practice at the same time to promote cross-training and live game opportunities.

The program will run for 10 weeks beginning on or about the week of January 8, 2024 and running through the week of March 11, 2024. The total cost per player is $400. Families registering multiple children will see a family discount applied at checkout.

Training Sessions
Practice sessions will be scheduled for either Mondays or Fridays and will run for 1-hour each between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm.  All practices will be hosted at the indoor facility (not the bubble) at CenterCourt Mt. Olive, located at 184 Flanders Netcong Road in Flanders, NJ 07836. Training sessions will be added to TeamSnap after registration and schedules have been finalized. 

The training surface is a "hard-court" futsal style plastic and, therefore, indoor training shoes or sneakers are mandatory.  No cleats are permitted.

Please note that there will be a preference option at the time of registration to select between Monday or Friday practice sessions.  The option enables us to assess conflicts and make every reasonable effort to assign each team to the day that presents the least number of conflicts.  However, due to gym availability, by registering you understand that your team may be assigned to either Monday or Friday practice times; and that we cannot honor each individual player's day preference.

Registration is now open!  We are intentionally providing a short window for signing up to prompt action with registration closing promptly 11:59pm on Friday, December 22nd. On Saturday, December 23rd, we will compile our registrations, and begin planning with our partners at CenterCourt and our trainers at CSA. If you have not signed up by then, we may not be able to guarantee your slot, so please act quickly!
